Leisure Paradise Olbersdorf Lake

This 38-metre-deep, 60-hectare lake was formed by rehabilitating an open brown coal mine, and is fed with water from the Zittau Mountains. A true hidden gem in the heart of the nature park, it provides activities, recuperation and relaxation.

As well as a 4-star hotel, a modern campsite, a restaurant with beer garden, a lakeside lounge and a sports and leisure centre, you can also look forward to:

  • a 200-metre sandy beach with a separate naturist section
  • a four-court beach volleyball facility
  • boat and bike hire
  • a covered BBQ corner
  • shop for beach and fishing supplies
